ORDERS

1. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products at the stated price.
2. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
3. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. This constitutes our acceptance of your order.
4. All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
5. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

PRODUCTS

1. We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
2. Some products are made to order. Production times are stated on each product page.
3. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations may occur.
4. Personalised and custom items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

PAYMENT

1. Payment is required at the time of placing your order.
2. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
3. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
2. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services or other factors outside our control.
3. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
2. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition.
3. Personalised items and opened care boxes are non-returnable.
4. Full details are available on our Return Policy page.
5. Your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law are not affected by this policy.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and applicable EU regulations, you have the right to:
• A 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases (some exceptions apply)
• Products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described
• Remedies including repair, replacement or refund if products are faulty

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on beingirish.ie — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Being Irish and may not be reproduced without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Being Irish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
