Q: Where are your products made?
We use a mix of sourcing methods. Our clothing, prints, mugs and accessories are made to order through our print-on-demand partner based in Europe. Other products such as neon signs and pub accessories are sourced from trusted suppliers. Our care boxes are curated and packed right here in Dundalk, Co. Louth.
Q: How long does production take for made-to-order items?
Made-to-order items such as sweatshirts, prints and mugs are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Q: Can I personalise a product with my name or county?
Yes, many of our products are available with personalisation. For GAA county prints, simply select your county at checkout. For custom requests, email us at hello@beingirish.ie and we'll do our best to help.
Q: What sizes do your clothing items come in?
Our clothing is available in sizes XS to 2XL. A detailed size guide is available on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to over 47 countries. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination. Full details are available on our Shipping Info page.
Q: Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on all Irish orders over €50. Free shipping thresholds for other countries are listed on our Shipping Info page.
Q: How do I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn and in their original condition. Personalised items and opened care boxes cannot be returned. Full details are on our Return Policy page.
Q: My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that. Please email hello@beingirish.ie with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no questions asked.
Q: How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Care Boxes
Q: What's included in the Emigrant Care Box?
Our care boxes are curated with classic Irish favourites — Barry's Tea, Tayto crisps, Kimberley biscuits and a selection of other Irish treats. Contents may vary slightly based on availability but we always make sure it feels like a proper taste of home.
Q: Can I add a personal message to my order?
Yes — at checkout you'll have the option to add a personal note. This is especially popular with care boxes and gifts. We include it as a printed card with your order.
