OUR RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love everything you order from Being Irish. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, here's everything you need to know.

14-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging where applicable

We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, used or damaged after delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
• Personalised or custom-made products (these are made specially for you)
• Care boxes and food products once opened
• Digital products

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, email us at hello@beingirish.ie with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return

We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent.

We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@beingirish.ie with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
